What is a legal recruitment headhunter?

Basically, a legal headhunter is a recruitment consultant who goes around the legal proffession working for a top law firm, stealing away the best lawyers by offering them more more, better perks, to come and work for the law firm that you are representing.

I would think that it is a very well paid job, but I don't think that you will just fall into it, you will need experience and training.
