Legal time for breaks at work?

Legal time for breaks at work?

im am 16, i am at full time education and work 19 hours each weekend. 11 hours on a saturday and 8 hours on a sunday. What are the legal amount of breaks, or the legal amount of time i am allowed for breaks? When i signed my contract, i signed out of the working time regulations, does this effect my breaks?

Check your regulations, I live in the US and 16 year old cannot sign contracts and can only work 8 hours on non school days. if they work a 8 hour day they are entitled to 30 minutes lunch. If they work less than 4 hours they do not have breaks. More than 4 but less than 6 hours equal a 15 min break. Over 6 is 30 minutes.
