Since this is in the Legal section, I assume that you mean Legal Secretary.
A Legal Secretary works directly with the attorney and assist with the assembling of legal documents and sometimes research. He/She is also responsible for entering attorney's billable/non-billable time into the firm's billing system. He/she also types letters, memos and edits documents and assists with phone coverage.
He/She is basically the right hand of the attorney. |

Type up reports and letters
umm...lets see possibly keep daily log of customers or something like that. But other than that it really depends on the company or the industry and of course their specific needs. |
