I have pcb pipeing under my home, which keeps busting and has caused my floors to bow and now I have another leak. I need help, I need a lawyer. I should not have to live like this. I need a good lawyer.

I bought the house and it's been a pain for the last two years. Pipes always breaking, and we don't even know they are broke until the floor begins to bow or the carpet is wet. The pipes are those platic pipes they are not worth a crap. I can't continue to live like this. Need some help/advice. House has just been a money pit since I got it. The guy who sold it too me vanished after the ink was dry on the paper.

What are you expecting a lawyer to do for you? Unless you can prove the guy who sold you the house knew about a major defect and didn't disclose it, sorry but the problems and their cost to fix are yours. And even if you can prove that, if you can't find the previous owner, who do you think would compensate you for your trouble even if you CAN prove that he knew about it? |
