Go to the link below. Only thing is I don't know if an attorney will take your kind of case on contingency. Normally you have to pay something up front.

Serioulsy, just find a job outside the Union. I used to work w/Union contracts and have no sympathy for you. Unions are outdated and promote people not to work. Good luck in your job search and just drop the suing bit. |
