Minor Misdemeanor's job impact?

Minor Misdemeanor's job impact?

I got arrested for a minor misdemeanor in PA. "Failure to disperse". They said it would probably get knocked down to summary offense of "disorderly conduct". This happened recently. I was wondering, for a professional job in finance or accounting the impact that this would probably have on obtaining a job.

Thanks

My field is finance and accounting

Probably none..most back ground checks only look for felony convictions.

misdemeanor offenses will generally not have any impact your ability to get a job.

I would suspect that some companies would turn there back to you.

wigsplitter
could depending on company but usually that is for more "in the public" type jobs, like nurse or something like that they really look down upon
