Miss sold a jon where do i stand

on july the 7th i was employeed as a part time worker. in the co-op surpermarket.
but only to find out a month later that i am only tempery and all the manager said she can do is aplogise and she keept saying the reason why we was not told was beacuse the boss was unwell. but he should have told us during out interview

is there anything that i can do. or were do i stand with this. as i think that this is not fair as i should have been told at the start

the problem of findin a new jonb is i am aslo at college and i live in a small village and travel is quite hard unless u drive

Unless you had a written or verbal contract that explicitly said you WEREN'T temporary, then you're stuck.
