More than one time I've been paid with paychecks with no funds in the bank, what can I do?

besides looking for another job. I will like him to pay for what he is doing to all the employees

Report this immediately to your states department of labor. The number is 1-866-4US-WAGE. What is being done is not a crime as one ignorant poster wrote, but they are breaking wage and hour laws and the DOL does not take this lightly and will also fine them.

Get all your witnesses, and paperwork in order, and file in small claims court. Remember you have the burden of proof.
