My Performance Evaluation from work .I need a good legal advice!?

I had a poor review & I vow to improve my work & change for the better. On the Job evaluation I signed from my employer there's a note that says "Failure to show continued and sustained improvement at the end of 30 days will result in a 30-day probationary period. Does this mean a total of 60 days assesing my situation?

I looks like it means a 60 day period but if you are in an at will employment state then it really doesn't mean to much at all. Your employer can let you go at any time. I wouldn't worry to much about the review and get busy improving my work performance. I don't know what field you are in but any review with comments like that could only lead up to one thing in the end. Your employer is planning to let you go and is gathering up the ammunition so you don't collect unemployment. Get busy and improve your performance like you promise and show them that the next review will be an awesome one. Good luck.

No it does not. It means that at the end of your first 30 days and you have not improved, you could be fired at anytime. They do not have to wait another 30 days. SORRY

It means that if you show continued improvement in your job over the next 30 days you'll be ok. If you do not then they have the right to place you on a 30 day probation period where improvement must be seen. If you are an at-will employee (check you employee handbook to see if that is mentioned) then the employer does not have to give you any kind of notice for improvement. It sounds like the employer is giving you the chance to make improvements so they won't have to let you go. But if you do not improve then they are giving you notice up front what will come next.

No, just te 30 days, then another review. You should know that legally you do not have to sign/validate your poor performance reviews.
