What should I do, I want to quit now but I'm scared of him. I'm just a 19 year old university student and he is a very scary guy who works in the nightclub industry. I want out very badly.

Why haven't you quit yet?
Quit immediately. What you *should* do is go to the police and press charges and have him arrested for assault. It doesn't sound like you'd be willing to do that -- but the very least you should do is quit. |

have him arrested. Hitting you in the face is battery (s39 criminal justice act) or if the punch cut you open you may be able to get him done under s47 of the offences against the person act 1861 (ABH). And he can't threaten to kill you.. ever! That will help your case as well, if you tell them he made a threat to kill you.
Also quit your job. It sounds like this guy has a violent temper, which if i were you i wouldn't want to be arround. |

So sorry to hear you are being put through this I don't care how much you messed up!
No person has a right to physically threaten another person. Let alone ASSAULT THEM!
1)Take a pic of your injury NOW for proof
2) Call or go straight to the Police with the picture, and file a restraining order! And file charges against him for assault. And for terroristic threats he made against you.
3)Call you State Labor board and report him.
4) Call a lawyer to see what damages you may seek for lost wages and pain and suffering and being harassed in the work place.
Go now and do all! This is unacceptable on every level. The restraining order will keep him from coming near you if you are afraid as you said and if he does he will be put in jail for breaking the order. A judge will order one on the spot if he see's you injuries and hears what you have said here.
Please let us know I can be Email if you want to talk further. Don't take this from anyone, you let him get away with this he will do to others thinking he will get away with it again! STOP HIM NOW
Stay Safe and never be afraid to report someone to police for assault and threats which you can now prove he followed thru with by punching you. Make me sick. How old is this guy?
