My job won't pay me correctly!?

Since the headquarters of my co have moved and new people have joined payroll, I have been shorted for at least two days of work. When I call them and provide them with documentation that I have worked it and was NOT paid.. they always they paid me. My checks are not adding up and I want action done. I do not want to get fired though. But they claim they are paying me and I know they are not. B/c I am not able to afford some of the bills that I once was able to afford. And I do not spend any of my money on other stuff.

contact your local labor and commissions department they will investigate and make then pay you my brother worked for a company that would not pay him his over time and he called them and made then pay him and fined the company the laws differ from state to state about how quickly they have to resolve the mistake but my brother got his check in one week |
