My lawyer died this year and in place we are now dealing with a Litigation Paralegal... is that bad?

My original lawyer was an executive in the practice and this new one seems to have no idea about my case as she is asking me questions that are apparently highlighting "misunderstandings" by my previous Lawyer... As though my last lawyer has took on something that she shouldn't...??? I feel now I'm being mis represented and want to sue them. Should I or should I give the benefit of the doubt and ask for another "lawyer"

The litigation paralegal is not the attorney working your case. She's the paralegal for the attorney working your case.

Ask to make an appointment with your attorney to find out where your case is at and where it's going. As the client, you should never be out of the loop.
