Charged a laser treatment to GE Money that was supposed to remove near surface veins on both legs, and it was unsuccessful. When I called to make next appointment to discuss this with the owner, the spa had closed and gone out of business. I still have all the veins. After my disputing the charges,GE Money wants their money, plus interest, for something that I did not get.I have a signed statement from my surgeon stating that I still have all the leg veins, and that the veins are too large to be removed by laser. I got screwed, because the way I see it, he sold me a service that is impossible to do. He was not trained well enough, I would guess, with being in that business for only a year. What recourse do I have?
