Need A Terms & Condition for an idea i have. So the person i give it to cant steal it?

I need something for people to agree on that's through the internet like a Terms & Condition or something like that. So when i give them my idea I know they can't steal it.

Like you know how you have to click to agree for a websites terms and conditions when you sign up . I want something like that.

Any Ideas?

Look up "confidentiality agreement" or "non-disclosure agreement" on the web. These are terms and conditions where you get another party to agree not to disclose whatever you told them.

Understand something: if you make information available to the public IN ANY WAY, like posting stuff on a website or talking about it to a group of people, you lose most protections under the law. It doesn't matter what "buttons" or website terms and conditions say, if the average Joe can get access to it, then it is public knowledge.

Not to burst your bubble but Mr. Hilton said "Never be the first." Once your idea is out there and your patten runs out of time, someone will improve on your idea, make alittle change to it and whella it might be theirs now, especially after the date that your patten is up, that you paid alot of money for to get. Or, they could say that it costs too much to make it in this country, (Unless you can make it yourself.) and sooner or later like I said when your patent time runs out, your idea may be outsourced to another country and made cheaper and slightly changed by people who have the money to do it. Just be wise about what you do.
