if you test negative for pre employement drug test and ur not a citizen, do they send the results to ins or is it confidential?

If they already know that you're not a citizen, they probably would not have offered you the position in the first place. And no, the results are confidential - they are between you, your employer, and whatever company performed the screening even if you test positive. |

They don't go into citizenship when it comes to drug test. Plus its confidential unless you tell them otherwise. |
