Need Some Feedback....?

I live in California and was offered a job at a credit card company in Arizona after having 2 phone interviews. I was even offered more compensation than what was stated on the application. My biggest concern is that the I have a felony for domestic violence which is 5 years old. The company is currently doing a background check. What do you think about this? Also on the application online, it asked if I had a felony but stated that if it's in California then disregard. So the background check that they are doing caught me off guard. I have nothing else on my record. And again, this felony was early 2003. What should I expect. Thanks.

Go for it anyways. Tell them the felony was like a phase or something and that it hasn't happened to you since that day.

You should seek legal advice, not that if they do bring up your felony you would get charged for anything. If better to be safe then sorry.

I wouldn't worry about it because it was in california and 5 years ago!!!!!!!! just relax I don't think it will matter that much
