Need a job but Im on probation for 5 years no jail time. What kind of employers may not mind hiring me?

And if so where any info would be helpful or website would do .( It was just a minor mistake I did but really learn my lesson.)

Felony convictions even with no jail time are a serious problem. It means that you won't be hired to any job requiring where the boss would trust you with money or valuables. Most companies will not consider applications from convicted felons. So you will have to consider jobs with small employers, or jobs without much chance for promotion, like construction or maintenance.

I know a guy who owns a commercial air conditioning company, they install furnaces, aircons, and ducts in stores and offices. Many of his trained technicians are ex-cons who came to him via halfway houses and tech schools. The techs all make good money, ranging from fifty to sixty grand a year depending on overtime.

He's had pretty good luck with them except for one who decided to empty the spare parts room of copper tubing and selling it. They caught him and sent him back, but it made everyone else very angry and nervous for a long time.
