Hey there,
I need some advice regarding a situation which may escalate with my buying something online.
Basically ive bought an Airsoft Gun which was listed as in stock, and choose to have it in 2 tone colours which is listed as no extra cost (which means I dont need a licence in the UK to buy it).
The order status has been "on hold" for a few days now so I gave them a call and they have told me that they may not have it and he would look in "the back" and contact me if there were any left.
No contact from them, but im going to call them tomorrow and I have a feeling hes going to say "Sorry we dont have it, you will have to wait".
So my question is, what shall I do if they dont have something which they listed as in stock which I have ordered? Or if he starts saying they might have to charge me more to make it 2 toned themselves by spraying it?

You don't have to wait, ask for a refund. If they refuse call your credit card company and have them cancel the charge. If they can give you a date of delivery, decide if you want to wait or not. If they start trying to ask for more money just cancel the deal altogether. :) |
