my daughter is going to Judiciary Court tomorrow that he initiated himself. He has given to much support money and now needs it back. His x-wife has he children. He would like some sound advice on how to proceed. like ask the right questions. what documentation he would need. and tha.ts about it. He need shtis infor now. So could you please help me? Unless the court can determine that you are paying too much, you can ask that back.

Income, debt, and assets from both sides will be considered.
