Nursing job question: Can someone be suspended or fired for?

raising their voice

and refusing to come in to fill out paperwork that another shift should have completed?

It's not me. My friend did something I told her not to do. I told her that if she had a problem to do what they said and THEN file a complaint.

But she didn't and now they're considering, if they want her back or not. So because she didn't listen to me, she's in this siutation and I want to know how serious things are

it is called insubordination and is a terminate-able offense with "just cause" (no unemployment) with or without a contract.

raising your voice and refusing to do as a supervisor ask is not mitigated by the supervisor being wrong.

Unless you have a contract, you can be fired for anything or nothing in most jurisdictions.
