I Answered all of the questions saying i have never been convicted of any crime, I have never done drugs, etc AND AT THE END OF THE CALL IT SAYS I DONT MEET THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION!!!!! I DONT UNDERSTAND??

They could have been assessing your personality. Didn't get a good vibe and rejected you. I hate to admit it, but I've done it many times. The person did have the qualifications, but something about the way how they answered just didn't sit well with me. Either the personality came off as too aggressive or a wet noodle. And as one poster wrote. It's rite aid! Seriously he/she is right. Who cares. |

The reason for your rejection might have nothing to do with what a capable and honest person you are. It could be your age, or your status as a student, or even your gender if the only openings are the night shift or closing shift in stores where a woman alone is not safe.
Move on to the next potential job and forget about it. |
