okay so a person dies who will go to the family or where ever and read the will?

When a person makes out his or her will, they will designate a person to be either the executor (male) or the executrix (female) of the will. Sometimes it is an attorney sometimes not. This person is the one who will take it to an attorney and have it probated. As for someone reading the will it will happen when everything is finished and property is ready to be transferred or exchanged to the new owners. |

Often, it's not read. Rather, the executor will send letters to the beneficiaries of the will. |
