Absolutely... Given today's nature for mail theft, etc... PO Boxes are more common... You can add a small footnote at the bottom of the resume that your phsyical address is available on request,. |

It is ok, but why give a potential employer a reason not to interview you?
After you are hired you can ask them to direct mail to a PO box. |

Some businesses have P.O. boxes, so I don't see why it would be unprofessional. |

Yes, it's fine. The purpose of the address is to receive mail relating to employment. |

I live in rural Illinois, in a little town and all we have is po boxes, so I gues that would be a ridiculous reason not to look professional. Actually, I think it makes you look more professional. |

P.O. boxes on resumes is becoming more common as job seekers try to protect their private contact information. Employers still want to know where you live, but if the P.O. Box is in your hometown, it shouldn’t be a problem. |
