I want to become a paralegal, but i need to get a four year degree, I am doing my 2 yr. for criminal justice and next my 2 yr. in business, i don't know which one to do a four year in? Thanks if you give me good info!!

You dont need a 4 year degree to be a paralegal. You can take a 2 semester course to get a Paralegal Certificate and it will suffice. That being said, i would suggest you get a B.A. in something else to supplement the Para certificate. |

A "Certificate" today in the field of Law isn't worth the paper it is printed on - the competition today is too fierce.
Warning! Jobs in the field of Law are drying up FAST!! This is NOT a good field to invest in!! Many reasons. Main reason?.....We simply have WAY TOO MANY Legal Professionals - we have a GLUT!! ("Legal Professionals" includes, but is not limited to: Lawyers/Attorneys, Paralegals, Legal Assistants, Legal Secretaries, Bailiffs, Court Reporters, etc, etc)
The law schools know this but they continue to churn out graduates because law students are easy money (little investment) But the law schools know the economy is SATURATED.
So.....if you want a JOB when you are done with your studies, consider and/or look into the field of HEALTHCARE! This is where the jobs are! and scholarships! Even with your background, believe it or not.
