Please HELP! a nurse or doctor even better a lawyer out there?

ok...for the past 2 1/2yrs. ive been suffering from a dramatic stomach ache. i was diagnosed with with Crohn's last october 07 by my Gastroenterologist. was being treated with different kinds of medicine .i had gone trough a few surgeries. i got worst to the point where i ended up on my death bed! later on last october 08 my infectious desease doctor and surgeon had found out i didnt have any Crohn's i was MISDIAGNOSED. i only had a sis but ended up gettn TB (not air borne just limf nodes) -i got it because of the medicines that i took for Crohn's (which i didnt even have) it was so bad that i had it all over my body! i was litterally dying! i was weighting 115lbs. before all these and went down to 88lbs. YES! can you imagine that? hospital staffs thought two things i was dying, there were two reason i could die one coz of my illness two just stop breathing. well so ok im just verry thankful that im way better now...i just thank God for my what i call second life here on earth.

things i had gone through.....
-medications- 17pills/day (not including pain killers and shots)
-i couldnt eat, i only ate Nilla cookies, drank Ensure that was almost every day for almost the whole year.
-ive been picked up by the ambulance (911) few times. bills! bad credit!
-been under Morphene and Hydromorphone due to extreme pain.
-ended up going under depression pills
sugeries such as:
-taking a sample of one of my limf nodes from my under arm
-bone marrow biopsy i was awake when they were drilling a hole to my hip bone)
-cutting/taking off a few inches of my intestine due to a sis same size as an apple
-i now have an iliostomy!
-will go through another surgery to connect back my intestines and close my iliostomy this coming summer

it makes me cry and shake like im having a seizure everytime i think about it...

i asked one of my nurse about it but she that it was. but it doesnt seem like it is normal to just misdiagnose a patient with something and ALMOST KILLING them right? i told that to people that asks, i didnt even get to think about it before but they had told me maybe the nurse said that because she was scrared to be a part of the case. i was like CASE? they had told and adviced me to sue!?

i dont know i said im just verry happy that im better now but do thinking about it over again i lost so much! been through so much! and i just realy CANT imagine another person go though it!

sorry to hear what you went through.
you do need to consult with legal counsel (that has the resources and knowledge to give you an answer).

attorneys do NOT work for free.
be very careful about what you sign and read the whole payment agreement.
MOST attorneys who work on contingency basis do so for their FEE ONLY and you are still responsible, win or lose, for all out of pocket expenses. a lot of people will tell you attorneys will work and only get paid if you win and that is not the case. just be clear up front of what you will owe win or lose and how much experience the attorney has with this type of case, if you don't all you will end up with is a bill.
