Please assist me with a making a decision!?

I was working with a BPO as an SME since last 8 months but not on papers and now due to recession I have been put back to calls. Although it was already known to me. But now the question is what next?? I am able to clear the online test for IJP but not the interview, and its been 2 years that I am with this company.... Now if I join somewhere else on the same profile ( Calling ) I get 20% hike and fixed offs .... Now I am getting an offer with my existing company with the MIS team but again not on papers and with a clause of not able to fill an IJP for next 12 months ..... so what should I do .... stick with calling in existing company and keep trying my luck to crack IJP every quater or join the MIS team for a new learning environment although not on papers again .... or look for a change .... please help my joining with the other company is 8 of dec ... i want to know something immediately..... thanks for reading my looooooong question ... !

Hi I am sorry for not providing the details ...... here BPO (Business process outsorcing) ... SME (Subject Matter Expert) or a person having better knowledge and assissting other .... but in my company i m working legally however but as per company record I am not an SME ... I am a Team Member .....

Personally, I'd take #3- go to the new company. Since the current company doesn't seem to want to help you advance, you may have better luck elsewhere.
(I'm not sure what BPO, SME and IJP mean, so I'm not 100% clear on the question. Nor, what 'not on papers' means - I'm hoping it doesn't mean working illegally.
