My brother was charged with telephone harassment. They threw him in jail over two weeks ago... He has lost his job and apt because of this. He was in the middle of a custody battle... and well she won by having him thrown in jail. He called her many times because she would not pick up the phone(she has five DUI's and several drug charges), so he had reason to be concerned. Who do I contact to get him out of this mess?(and sue the Greene county police afterwards)?

yea... he is in jail... Anyone know an ACLU attorney?

Please contact 'Families need fathers' they really do all they can to help the male species in any court battles.
It sickens me so so much to think that it is almost always the female that gets the good deal in these situations.

He needs a good lawyer. Not just some court appointed guy. Unfortunately, that's going to cost some money which he probably doesn't have at this point. |

You contact a lawyer. I know it sounds oversimplified, but it's your only option.
