Problem at work?

So my friend was working and the boss came up to her and asked "what if someone at work asked you for a bj? she was like what?? he winked then left. he has done this to 3 girls at work now.
so can we call the police on him?
we told the managers of this store, they talked to the manager about the situation but has failed to do anything else. and now my friends don't bother going into work as they don't want to work with that manager.
what can be done here?

thank you very much. i now no my rights, and we are going to document everything. and we are underage of 16 - 17.
so mad no one has done anything.

i think all of the ppl working there must go o the manager and protest his attitude.. so he'll feel insecure the next time he wants to do that.. and warn him that he can be charged and sent to jail as well for harrasing women.. i hope that gives him the msg but if not, pls go ahead and call the police!

Contact the HR manager immediatly...if they do nothing...then tell your parents to contact the manager because you sound underage
