I am in Texas and I am on probation and have been for over a year. I moved back to the town I got put on probation for petty theft. Now I am just getting harassed. I graduated high school over 20 years ago and they want a copy of my high school diploma, they have lost it AGAIN !!! Then I have showed them my college degree but since they have lost my copy of my diploma from high school and college diploma copy... now I have been told my UA test are to clean. But I dont drink dont do drugs and never have??? The company I was supposed to be on probation for has found that the person who admitted they where in the wrong and are looking into to it.
Back to probation. Now again they probation said I have to have a copy of my high school diploma or they want me to take a test. Because I should be more responsible!!! Wait I have given them the diploma 3 times for them to copy and they keep losing it. WHAT IS WRONG HERE???
I have done everything right they are losing things this is crazy...!! once again the company wally world said they made a mistake and are trying to explain this to them. But this county will not listen to them. they said whats done is done.
Is this right?? Is there something wrong here. So now my high school diploma took an act of god to find the 1st time now its with my father back at his house in storage while he is moving and he cannot find it nor I. what is wrong with this probation ??

Ok who is at fault for losing a copy of my diploma me or them? and now they want it by Wednesday or will put a mark on me for not following rules. But I have given it to them 3 times .. now why do I suffer from their mistakes? I am not here to piss them off !!! But they say I should be responsible maybe they should. I have paid everything done all my classes and community service finished everything and its like they love to harass me

What is wrong here is you are dealing with a pretty low level of management, one that is apparently getting a kick out of seeing you squirm. I don't know who "they" is/are, but "they" is/are are not doing a good job. First of all, go higher up the food chain and explain the situation. Clearly and calmly. A helpless look wouldn't hurt and tell the official you speak with that you are not trying to create a problem, you have been trying to do the right thing and are still trying to do the right thing. Maybe this new person will know the right place to look to find at least one of the copies that you have submitted previously. Secondly, you need to follow up with the company that admitted they were in the wrong, you need a letter absolving you of guilt so you can take steps to get off of probation. Mention this to the higher level official you speak with at the probation place. Finally, I cannot stress enough how important it is to keep your cool. generally speaking, as soon as you become angry or argumentative, whoever you are talking to will stop listening and might think you are not all there. If the person is a miserable individual, he/she might very well also decide to give you a hard time. Don't put yourself in that position. Stay calm, cool and rational at all times even if you feel you are dealing with an idiot who couldn't find his/her own head if it wasn't screwed on. Good luck. By the way your college should be able to give you proof of graduating high school. They can give you a transcript showing you have credit for your high school degree, specifically naming the high school. I'm surprised you didn't make a handful of copies of your diploma after the last time they lost it. |

start over, re-think what it is you want to ask and then simply ask those questions in a clear manner.
reading through all of this makes it difficult to come up with an answer.............

can you contact the high-school or school systems central office on Monday to get a copy?
who's fault?
maybe it is their fault but that really does not matter, now does it?
sure it is frustrating but you need to do what you can to comply, the sooner you deal with this, and get your probation wrapped up, the sooner you can move on with your life..........
worrying about who is at fault, if things are "fair" serves no purpose, and does not help you in the least. |
