after a default judge has decided a case is well founded , the claim is put again to the correspondent within 42 days but the respondent still hasn't spoken or written his defence against it and the 42 days are over then the sheriff officer enforces the judgement what happens next and how long until payment is awarded to the claimant ?

I would ring the Tribunal and ask them. They are usually very helpful and have a lot of experience, You could also search the website for Employment Tribunal and also for ACAS.
