I asked this earlier, but in the wrong category.
My mom and dad have a will, and it says that if they die, all of the kids would go live with our aunt and uncle, who have 3 kids of their own. If they died, then their kids would come live with us. We are pretty close.
So, here's some questions:
-If both my parents, and my aunt and uncle were to die, what would happen? (we go to Mexico atleast once a year together)
-If I didn't want to live with them and would rather not have my siblings live with them, how old would I have to be (supposing my parents were no longer living)

PS: I love my parents, and my aunt and uncle and pray nothing ever happens. I am just curious.

If your parent's will didn't list an alternative guardian, the kids would go to state custody.
If you were 18, you would be considered and adult and could live on your own, and might be considered as a guardian for your younger siblings. |

in UK at least 18 but in other countries it would all depend on when you are legally sen as a adult .. but and this would be the cruncher you would have to prove to the courts that you were capable of looking after you and your siblings ... IE provide adequate housing food warmth and a safe environment schooling there would be so much to take in to consideration |
