simply NO
workers compensation is a "no-fault" system all that is required is medical bills to be paid and a percentage of your normal earnings while on temporary total disability and then if you have a permanent partial disability the settlement is based on that percentage. as you have stated you have already been paid all that is due to you.

In agreement with Michr, but here is another problem. Could you have sued your former place of employment and hold them liable for your injury that led to your pain and suffering? Absolutely if you could prove they were at fault due to hazardous conditions you were working under. If they find the injury was due to your own negligence you wouldn't get a dime. Second problem is the statute of limitations to pursue such legal action is way way over. As Michr wrote. You have been paid and not eligible for anything else.
