Find answers to your legal question.

Reason for leavng job for JSA purpose?

I left my job after more then 3 years because of abuse, not nice atmosphere ,to much job loads, strees, not understanding with managers,no promotion, no pay rise, working only late shift and all weekends.
Now Job centre asking me for reasons for leaving because i will lose Jobseekers Benefit if I left voluntarily. Are my reasons good enough to get JSA benefit

Yes, the Jobcentre are ABSURD in asking this question, then seeking independent verification by the employer. Sometimes businesses accept they do not have the right people, and their people accept they do not like the business. This is a perfectly legitimate reason for removing yourself from a job - its not "voluntary" whatsoever.
The sooner the system is replanned the more equitable bargaining power people will have with employers.

Your reasons should be as stated, but as stated I am afraid that they may be interpreted by one decision maker as not consittuting gronuds for obtaining JSA unless you are forced out of work for a valid reason.

Will add more if I find the technical guidance.

yes as your working conditions made it hard for you to continue your employment with them. if they decide you made yourself voluntarily unemployed then take it to an appeal.

It sounds like constructive dismissal. You should be okay.

It's hard to tell - it will be up to the Job Centre. You will have to explain that you had no choice to leave because of the abuse - effectively you will be claiming that you were constructively dismissed. If the Job Centre does penalise you then appeal - the Citizens Advice Bureau can help with this.

Good enough for them to support you until you get another job. They will check with your previous employer so do not lie about anything.
good luck

As you were employed for 3 years you can claim contribution based JSA it may be only for a certain amount of time, 4 months or something but it will tide you over.
