answering phones, calling and confirming appointments, courthouse errands, typing, filing, doc prep

[BUMP] Coming July '09
You will most likely be answering and directing calls, sorting mail, possibly doing time entry and/or payroll, calendaring and scheduling meetings...Very basic work.

You will be answering the phones and possibly typing up a few things such as form letters. Depending on the size of the firm of course. You will be greeting the clients as they come to their appointments and you might be taking payments. Also you could be setting appointments.

answering the phones, typing . You will be the first person the clients meet as they come in and they might pay you!!and maybe setting appointments.

You will be answering the phone, probably typing or computer work and you will be doing the most important job in any business. You will be the first person any client or customer meets when they walk through the door. The impression that you make may well determine if they want to use the company that employs you to handle their business.
