I was just given the opportunity for an interview as a receptionist for a local law firm, can anyone tell me what i may be doing?

You will most likely be answering and directing calls, sorting mail, possibly doing time entry and/or payroll, calendaring and scheduling meetings...Very basic work. |

You will be answering the phones and possibly typing up a few things such as form letters. Depending on the size of the firm of course. You will be greeting the clients as they come to their appointments and you might be taking payments. Also you could be setting appointments. |
