my sons father used the union my employer...and fellow employees to get information for him ...so that he could try and use as much of it as he could in court to obtain custody of our son...when i read the DECLARATION HE SIGNED UNDER PENALTY AND PURGERY...he stated in this piece of paper that my union ...my employer..and fellow employees gave him this info..they gave him ...medical info...absentee info ...etc..it did name a specific business agent as well as certain employees.he and i are involved with the same union work for different companies....did the union , my employer violate my privacy right?
