Resignation letter not being accepted?
Find answers to your legal question.

Resignation letter not being accepted?

I joined an MNC BPO 11 months ago and did well in the job. It's a voice process for US client (credit cards). One mistake what I have done was submitted the profile (as told buy our managers and team leads) when the customer hung up (actually he was busy). The client raised an issue for this and I was taken off calls. They issued me a warning letter and tried to put me in some other process. The HR team said that they tried their level best to support me by not getting dismissed (where the audit is done by a specific panel and they are tough).

More info is here

I am not sure whether I can keep a link here. But wanted to give a complete info. Hence given the link.

Thank you very much for your instant answer Vijay ji. I just wanted to clarify on one point. I have given my resignation on 9th of this month. So after 30 days, I stand relieved.
- Can this company create any problem within these 30 days?

Regards,

You please send them another mail stating that at the end of a months statutory notice period, you stand automatically relieved and ask them to settle the dues !!

Buddy the problem with these MNCs & their HR team/department is that these guys think they are next to God & whatever they say or do is law of the land & binding on every one. Unfortunaly our government has given these MNC to operate form our country without following the Industrial & labour laws specially those concerning the employees, the only law which these MNCs are following is the Employees Provident Funds provisions & in those too their HR team create lots of problem for the general employees. Why don't you MNC employees appoint me as your counsel to deal with them in a proper legal way & teach them lesson of Indian law & legal system? Any how in your case as you state you have submitted your resignation but that has not been formally accepted by this MNC. It’s ok for you to join the new job as once you are out of this MNC the question of their opening the controversial matter cannot be opened as now you no more remain their employee. Whatever happened in your job with this MNC is forgotten story for them & no way will they be wasting time & money for reopening this issue again once settled for their records & reporting to their superiors. Once you have given your resignation the question of this company creating any problem does'nt arise, just chill it out with them.

Company can dismiss you by giving one month notice. You can resign by giving one month notice. Sometimes, company deliberately changes notice period in case people are leaving frequently.

First you check whether any amount is due from your employer. You send medical certificate as sick and not to continue the job.
