The number might look great, but to make sure that she is getting her full potential she needs to do some research about how much to expect in her area. I am surprised that she has not done so even before graduating. I will graduate 2 year from now but I am already keeping an eye on the average salary for my profession in the location I think I will be practicing at. Nobody will trow me a "low ball" for sure.
There are some great web sites out there that gives you an idea of the average salary per profession per area.

No one goes to law school, passes the BAR exam and then wonders if their compensation is reasonable AFTER they accept the job! Ask your sister and she'll tell you she's making BANK!
