im 14 currently living a life of hell, i have hard evidence my mother is not sane to care for me , i have been nervous, and depressed for the past year coming home after school, she kicked me out once and i wanted to call the cops but i decided not to she is gonna kick me out again because i wont play football(thats what she did the first time) her and my brother constantly give me mental abuse. i can go on and on, all i want to know is is there any legal action i can take, you can email me back

i also dont have a job so i cant emancipate myself im only 14 and a freshman in high school

your only avenue is child protective services, but beware you might not like what happens, also at your age it may be just as much you as your family, you are to young to be emancipated |

You can emancipate yourself your mother and you will become your own legal guardian. Which will make you responsible for yourself. |
