Short Term Disability when you have 2 jobs?

I am pregnant almost 26 weeks. I currently work for a company that offers Short Term Disability 2 weeks at 100% and 13 weeks at 60% as your "maternity leave with pay". I have another job that I am working at as a part time thing to pay off some little bills and pay for some hospital bills that have started to come in. Since I am eligible for the 13 weeks off, I am going to take the time off but what about my 2nd seasonal job. I was going to take off 5 weeks to recover from my delivery and then work 10-15 hours a week while my husband watches the baby. Is that legal or can I get sued if my day job finds out I am working another job. My second job is just retail and there isn't a conflict of interest.

I don't know if it matters, but I live and work in Texas.

no you can not collect disability from one job and work at another it is called fraud, if you are able to work at one you should be able to work at the other, don't do it |

It is Absolutely illegal and fraud if you are on disability for one company and working for another. Don't risk it. |
