Should i tell a boss about this?
Find answers to your legal question.

Should i tell a boss about this?

Ok first off a kid at work yells out " i need the fat mike to the back! " in front of 12 customers.
Next i am with a customers and yells at me saying " I want you here Now!!! " Your doing nothing! the customers and everybody looks at me like i am a little *****.

He tells everyone at night what to do and how to do it but he is not the boss. One time me and this Spanish lady wrapped the meat cases and he unwraps everything and says this is not how you do this! He leaves and never waits til everyone is done cleaning.

What can i do? Should i call the workers union? Somebody told me he is in it deep now because he yelled out i need the fat mike to the back! should i quit because of this kid?

Additional Details
i am mike!

Don't quit,

Go to your Human resource dept or manager of where you work and tell them you were harassed by this kid and if it does not stop you will sue them for harassment. Or follow whatever grievance process you have.

This kid needs to be reprimanded or they may let him go.

Wait a minute, your question is a little confusing, are you mike?

If you are then report him to the boss and they will get him sorted, that type of behavior is way out of order, and especially in-front of the customers, now that is wrong.

If you are not Mike, then how does it relate to you?

Why are you thinking of leaving, still report him and management will deal with, hopefully get rid off him or teach him a lesson or two.

No, don't quit bc of this KID! He should be reprimanded at the very least for this. Tell him that he does not need to talk to you like that. Stand up for yourself!

How about suing him? I think you can sue him. If not, just quit and get a better job. If you like your job, report him to you real boss.
