This is regarding non-issuance of employment visa because another person is blacklisted with same name.
The issue is that according to employer they have applied for my employment visa 1.5 month back and till now nothing is processed due to unknown reasons.
Now after 1.5 months according to the employer a person who is blacklisted in Dubai is having same name as mine caused delay in approval of employment visa but they have got visit visa's approval.
I'm surprised that a person is able to get "Tourist visa" but not that "employment visa" because another person is blacklisted with same name.
Is that possible? Please suggest?

There are 257 listings for my name on yahoo.
There are 4 people in the major city where I live that have the same first and last name as me.
Of these, 2 are in jail for violent crimes, while the other is a deadbeat dad.
I can't even get a passport, let alone a Visa.

It is very likely. It's happening all the time. A woman here, natural blond, blue eyed, never been out of the country before was denied entrance to England because they said her name was on the list of female terrorist associated with Al Qeada. When the thing was questioned, the person on the lists description was 5'3" black hair, olive complexion, dark brown eyes. The woman here is 5'8" tall, blond blue eyed and very pale skin. I guess they think make up and stiletto heels can make her look that much different. |

dear sir my name is in blacklist how i can remove my blacklist. i have one credit cards dhs 2600, and loans dhs 72000,i came to Pakistani with out any inform to my company last 2 years back .if i traveling other GCC country and have connecting flight to Dubai they will catch me and put me jail.or if i spend two month in jail they remove a black list or put me life time band.
