Suspended from a job "until further notice means your fired?

there's an investigation going on..one of the employees were running their mouths about someone going to jail and basically spreading false information.

there are and is safety concerns involved because there are people calling up to the job threatening this person that one of the store associates spreaded info about and he also knows these people.

the store associate called the police and says heslooking out for the interest of the threatened employee but he is with holding information regarding the individuals who are coming up and making threats because he knows them. this store associate at first claims he didnt know what was going on.but when the police came he said they are from_______. which means heknows who they are. his story keeps changing.

theres an investigation going on and they say shes suspended until further notice but that guy who is aiding the threatning callers and who caused the store conflict is still there

this is Pick N Save, she says the managers werent listening to her whenshe warned them about his ties to the people looking for her..

the store manager automatically took the lead supervisors side and he cleary spreaded the information further complicating things but insist he know nothing about it. there are witnesses who even says they heard him spread the info that is false..

the manager clearly takes his side

Do you work for Walmart?

Yeah then the associate was probably only suspended for the investigation. or until the associate comes up with the information. If the person still has questions regarding the suspension she has every right to call or go down and request to speak to the manager. Good luck!

It means that you are suspended during the investigation. It only means you are fired if the company decides that you did something wrong. If not, they will have you come back to work. They will then have to pay you for the work you missed while you were suspended.

NO........you are suspended until further notice.......the company will get with you when they figure all this out........
