One of my team members using other team members in the same team to build another team to do freelance projects outside my company.
They are my employees, I have found and select them, educated them etc. And now he's using them to increase his earnings. He and another team member presented me a technology just like the technology we have in our company as a outsource project, with a proposition to be partners ?!
Is these actions are ethic or .. ?

I would certainly argue it isn't ethical for the reasons you mention.
The question is do you have a policy that your employees cannot accept outside work? If you do, I would think you have grounds for termination.
Ultimately, if it's affecting your business, you should consult with an employment attorney. |
