Texas-Law for Email Harassment?

I new these gals from school & there mad now because I new too much about them & now there pressing email har. charges against me ! they were sending non-sense emails too ! - my Lawyer says this is a waste of time & money like I say ! - the gals are saying this is a criminal case my Lawyer says its a civil - the gals also made me loose my job over this too ! - they have ruined my business rep. & I cannot find employment - they have also put me in financial dis-tress -
what would you do ?

The girl has a friend at the court house & they came to my home & embarassed ME in front of my 2 small children - he was very agressive & demanding towards me ! - I have told my Lawyer about this to ! -
He also hacked in to my work computer & got print outs of the message board/blog stuff - NOT direct email !

Based on these facts, it's not enough to bring a case. From now on, document any threatening or harassing e-mails. It may help in a civil suit for the long run, but don't expect any short-term remedy. A restraining order may work best because these people won't be able to contact you in any way.

You may have a civil case, but not a strong one.

It may be considered as waste of time, money, and effort.

However, instead of bring suit against those people, you can request a restraining order from the court. It will be easier to stop them.
