The Law? My son was convicted 8 years ago. He applied for a job and thery did a background check. ?

Now since 8 year has gone by how can he get this misdemeanor off can I get it expunged. This not right. I am trying to get my life back and doing great. Help. how do I handle this.

First and foremost, don't give up! Life is too be lived and sometimes there are problems, but there are also solutions. Obviously you should talk with an attorney, but be careful there and don't run up a bill you can't afford.

Continue to live right, put the past behind you and move forward, there is always sunlight and shadown and we all walk through each. Keep walking toward the sun.

if you have the money you can get it expunged if you have a good enough reason but it won't be cheap
