Most job applications will ask about Felonies, not Misdemeanors. A DUI is typically a Misdemeanor.
Read the application carefully and answer truthfully. |

If the application ask about any criminal charges then Yes put down that you have the DUI. Most criminal charges are public record and can be checked pretty easy. I agree with another answer here, if you asked and you don't tell, you have given them a reason to dismiss you later on if you take the job. |

Wise to declare that you have had a DUI. If you attempt to cover this up, you run the real risk of not being hired. Or being dismissed for giving false information.

dont hide it if they ask on the paperwork then say yes you were arrested but unless its a driving job if they dont ask dont bring it up |
