US employment law??

hi i live in New York City i went to employment agency and find a job like kitchen helper in NC and i have beem work about 11days ago one night my boss told me i am fire and he give me salary is correct .and i just want to know do he have to pay my bus fee because is too much money like $100 i mean is that when the boss fire someone do he has to pay some like that?if yes is that the law in USA .thank you

your employer does not owe anything but the pay for time worked unless you had some other agreement such as a contract or collective bargaining agreement which would supersede the law.

as far as girl's comments about language although well intended i am sure she needs to do the same and learn to spell................................... practise?

No, a bus pass is a benefit and they don't have to pay for that. They are required by law to pay you for the hours you worked.

If your asking if your boss has to pay your bus fee then the answer is no. You can claim it on tax at the end of the year though. Perhaps it is rude to bring this up but it is very difficult to employ people if their english skills are not up to standard. Perhaps you need to practise.
