I Recently Filed For UnEmployment In CA i quit my job due to moving and housing costs in CA i cant get relaiable transpertation to my old job aka fast food so i put my 2weeks in and told them why i was leaving i was working there for 1 year 6months they understood since i moved can i qualify for un employment cause its been a month i still have no job is there any chance i will qualify they sent me papers in the mail i filled out asap now just waiting for the phone call any tips will be great

Nope. Quit does not equal losing a job for reasons not your fault.

You won't get it if you quit your job! Unemployment is designed for people who are laid off to help them in the interim while they look for a new job, not quitters.

No, you can not get unemployment if you QUIT....by quitting---it dis-qualifies you.

You probably qualify for unemployment. If your parents moved, and they are your main source of support (you live with them, for example), then you should qualify.

Sorry my dear but you will not qualify for unemployment. You do not get it if you quit voluntarily regardless of your reasons for quitting. You're better off just continuing your job search on your own. Good luck.

idk, i believe you have to be laid off, or company went out of business to get unemployment, you can;t quit or get fired. you can try but i don't think it works that way, or a lot of other people would do it
