Their language is a bit confusing...

"the determination of the department is modified as to reasoning and reversed as to result. The claimant is not disqualified from receiving benefits under section 1256 of the code, on the ground that her discharge was for reason other than misconduct connected with her most recent work. Benefits are payable to the claimant provided she is otherwise eligible. "
