Unemployment: My ex employer is trying to disqualify me not reporting vacation pay that they have not sent me?

I have vacation pay coming and they reported this to the Unemployment Agency in IL as Income that was not reported upon my weekly qualification phone report. I have not received this pay as of now, but the agency says that I may be disqualified since I did not report this. How can you be disqualified for not reporting something that you are supposed to receive but haven't after two weeks? How do you fight this. Thanks for the help to all.

How do you fight this?
with honesty....
if you have not been paid this vacation pay then the employer will not be able to prove that you have.

a little honesty goes a long way or,
as they say:
"the truth shall set you free"

Call or write a letter to the Unemployment Office and explain to them the situation.
